Welcome to The Holliday House — the perfect home base for families, sports teams, friends … and even your dog (we’re pet-friendly and the large fenced yard is a safe playground they’ll love). Tucked in a quiet neighborhood perfectly positioned between Westfield, Broad Ripple and downtown Indy, this updated ranch gives you the best of both worlds: peaceful privacy with incredibly easy access to the city.

Step inside and feel everyone instantly spread out. With three king bedrooms, cozy lounge spaces, and plenty of room to gather, it’s designed for groups who want comfort without crowding. The living room flows into a fully-stocked kitchen, making family meals, team breakfasts or late-night snacks easy. Inside, the game options keep everyone entertained: pool, ping-pong, shuffleboard, two arcades, and variety of family friendly board games.

But the real fun begins outside:

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
